Also good call on the name changes for the first two stages. Spartull - Spartalus - Mordrake sounds like it should work nice for the dragon fang skeleton mons.
Here's my last info template for a Pokemon too. No one did anything with the bulldog so I gave it a name, stats, movepool, typing, etc that I thought would be fitting. Tried to make it a counterpart to the bull shark terrier this Dex has.
