Like how they printed drapion to stop mew vmax, which literally ohkos it for 0 energy (mew still dominated even with this existing lol disgusting deck)
Or how lost box initially had a soft counter of jirachi (stopped basics spreading damage counters) and then eventually kyurem was printed
The recent example is how psyduck/golduck prevent dusknoirs ability from activation. It only counters them (and forretress by collateral)
They may make a shaymin/jirachi/mapaphy thats stops attacks placing damage counters for dragapult. It would be a hyper specific tech for just the dragapult match up and probably not used much
A lot of decks skipped running jirachu despite it countering lost box. so even if such a mon existed it might not slow down dragapult
