I'll start with my own. I have a few.
First one is this crippled kid. Easily the best out of the bunch, besides myself. Breeds for IVs and horde battles for EVs. Only things bad about him are his lack of creativity and his attitude in general. If I breed a Pokemon that beats him, he has to go onto smogon, find a counter, and then breed it. His teams exist solely to try and beat my teams. If he was better at battling he would succeed.
Second one is my childhood friend. We started playing Pokemon together in 3rd gen, back when we didn't give two shits about competitive. Mostly been a casual player, but I've taken to educate him on the finer points of competitive this generation. Easily gives cripple kid a run for his money, and will probably be much better than him in a few weeks time if he sticks to breeding. What amazes me is his pure originality when team-building. Catches everyone off-guard for the most part.
Then we have two other newbies getting into competitive. Used to be Karenfags who would have Alakazams with Psychic and Psybeam, but have since learned the errors of such movesets. Still mostly play casually, but at least super train now.
