I wish Iris, I wish.
You know what it's like to know that your best years are behind you? To know that you wasted your childhood and teenage years doing nothing? To realize that you have no talents or skills to find a good work, and that you're too lazy, too old and too broke to waste 4 years in college, only to find that you can't get a decent job because you're too old and have no experience in the field? You know what it's like to realize that you'll waste away in a dead-end, low-paying job for the rest of your life and that you have no one to blame for it but yourself?
It's hell, Iris.
But of course you don't know it because you yourself are a child. You have no responsibilities and you can travel the world with your whimsical partners. Worst of all, you don't even exist. Your entire being exists thanks to our imagination and as such you can't age, you can't suffer and you never have to see a pathetic man like me.
So no, Iris. I'm not a child. You aren't even a ghost.
