You got filtered, OP. Pokestars Studios is better than the Battle Frontier and all other battle facilities in the entire franchise. They're actual fun puzzles that make use of your knowledge of the battle mechanics instead of just actual time-wasting, endless dice rolling for streaks in battle facilities.
Battle CDs (and to a lesser extent Battle Bingo) from Gale of Darkness kinda play around with this concept, too.
