I think it's the superior "my mom's deer" pokemon, sorry Stantlerbros. but unfortunately like Zebstrika and others it suffers from forgettable cartoon animal syndrome, which frankly is one of my favorite type of designs, but I think I'm a minority. they tend to get overlooked by the fans and gamefreak.
