>>46963848Yes. In a meta with no Dedenne, you won't be able to draw as much. It'll be more akin to the Legacy format. That means you can take your time more and set up multiple parts. This is just a starter version of the deck (Silent Lab is Summit, whistle is horn, etc.) Again, RS's biggest advantage is low key not needing V abilities at all, so you can play heavy Summit counts to stall your opponent for even just one turn while you wait to evolve.
