Let's not kid ourselves, ever since the first episode when we saw Ho-oh, the possibility of Ash capturing a Legendary has been one that, while incredibly minute in most cases, could still be considered. Ironically when Ash was his worst (BW) he had the greatest chance of actually owning a legendary (Meloetta). So then this poses the question, is Kalos Ash currently in a position where it would be believable that he could own a legendary, or rather is it a significant probability. Regardless of your answer why is that your answer. If your answer was effectively "no" then could Ash in the future have it become a probability, and what could be changed about the way he currently is or the position he is in to make that a probability?
