Raichu and Slowbro proved that Pokemon can get both. And contrary to what secondaries, retards, and nufags think, the Cyndaquil line is well-liked by most real fans of the franchise. Game Freak has to be aware of its organic popularity and even IF they disliked it, they have to pander to what the REAL fans want to some degree or else they'd be throwing money way.
But even if Typhlosion doesn't get a mega, there are still other venues of the franchise to us Typhlosion in.
If you're feeling anything greater than a strong annoyance at the situation, its best you take a break from Pokemon or at the very least stay from vp. Pokemon is the worst fandom bar none, and vp is the epicenter of asshole fans, especially nu-vp.
