A slow Volt Switcher has many its own merits as well. Charge + Z-Zap Cannon is seeing use as a free OHKO as long as nothing is immune.
As far as design goes I knew Grubbin was going to be my baby and Im reluctant right now, just because it's new but I am very close to going so far to say it has my favorite design of all pokemon.
