These are pretty recent. I realized I had basically no Steel-types, and so I did some Googling and decided "shield turtle" was a concept that was worth my time. The little one is Kreshel, the big one doesn't have a name.
Kreshel's plume turns into two streamer-plumes that brush against the metallic plating of its evolution's back-shield, keeping it polished. You can't really tell but the bigger one's back is a shield with plate-spikes around the edge.
