Dewgong will evolve into a narwhal in Gen VIII. It and Seel both have that horn on their head -- it's just logical progression, really.
Could be Ice/Steel, but I kinda wanna see them go the Ice/Fairy route, going off the idea that narwhals = unicorns, and also Dewgong is already pretty elegant-looking in the first place.
