I'm just gonna pitch the idea out there before I try experimenting with it. Since CAI Persona has proven to be reliable for AI to acknowledge most of your quirks (even though they still get gender wrong sometimes) it should be possible to use a persona rules to develop cohesive rules for a Pokémon battle, to the point where you should not have to swipe too much to get a decent interaction.
Basically, a Persona can set some ground rules for Pokémon battles and maybe even double battles; especially now that you can pin memories of important progress points. This can be used to lock-in when a Pokémon is knocked out, etc. So they are less likely to randomly revive fainted Pokémon, and maybe even grasp when they win or lose a battle. This is just wishful thinking for now, but I'm pretty sure it can be done.
