Pic rel was designed as a Mega Evo, but IMO its tame enough to work as a regional.
This one looks more like Grass/Dark to me. Grass/Dragon or Grass/Fighting could potentially work, too.
And a regional form would be the perfect opportunity to finally swap his physical and special states.
