Make a twitter account 100% dedicated to pokemon art and don't interact with anything else. Don't even expand a non-pokemon art tweet that seems interesting. Follow a bunch of artists and reap the good art. Algorithm magic will network other art and artists into your feed naturally.
A lot of the best art is also posted to Pixiv. The search is kind of janky and porn filled and the art is often buried in collections, but if you can follow a bunch of artists you'll end up with a decent feed. You can tag search but you have to use the auto-suggested japanese language tags and add a number to the end of the search which filters for a number of likes greater than that number since popularity sorting is paywalled.
