It seems that the older gens have a more edgy and aggressive design to them. Especially in the eyes. I wish they would go back to this style. You don’t see to many designs like Scizor, Tyranitar, Nidoking, etc. I guess people want more mons that look cute and cartoony. Gens 1-4 had some of the best designs. There are some good ones 5 to present but none that compare to the earlier gens.
