I made this cobra fakemon a few years ago. It's a poison/psychic type with high defensive stats. It might have a unique attack similar to protect where it goes into the basket form and retaliates with badly poisoning its opponent when it attacks. Definitely learns a confusion move too.
Might be a regional Arbok or something.
