>>38210439Nevermind, I always assumed 100 Acc didn't actually mean 100% because of my experience in single player (outside of battle facilities to boot) attacks would occasionally miss throughout multiple playthroughs throughout the generations. And that's without dealing with evasion being meddled with to boot.
But I'm probably just remembering wrong and it turns out they were 95 and shit. Not talking about Thunder, Hydro Pump, Fury Cutter, etc. But just regular moves that I assumed/recalled would be 100 have missed - but again, I could have assumed wrong or misremembered.
