Bocchi the Rock and The Dangers in my Heart are both written by degenerate women, one of whom inserts massive titties in her manga about middleschoolers and the other who makes lolicon doujins as a side hustle.
Shoujo is for a very particular kind of person who doesn't care for fanservice while even Japanese women are more into shounen than shoujo.
