First part is right, but I've never cared about making enemies and I don't even know what being afraid of getting away with it even means.
If someone is wrong, myself included then they should be told so (with facts, of course, not emotions).
Even if someone wants to fuck with me physically for being demonstrably correct, that shows their character and speaks to their beliefs more than it says anything about me and mine and risks me coming back at them even harder.
In general I'm a pacifist but if you're going to come at me, you've lost your right to that version of me.
