Just spend like 20-30 minutes catching dittos, you should get at least one ditto with 31 IV in one stat for every stat. Then breed one pokemon with 31 in stat A, then pokemon with 31 in stat B, then breed them to get max IV in stat A and B. Next step is breeding another one with 31 in stat C and breed it with pokemon who has 31 in A and B.
Also unless you want max IVs in more than 3 stats, ALWAYS use everstone to get nature you want. 1/25 is much harder to get than 1/6 or 1/12. Why 1/6 or 1/12? Because egg always inherites 3 stats from their parents, 1 is sure due to power item. Second one is 1/6, because it's sure to come from second parent, third is 1/12 if only one parent has this stat, 1/6 if both parents have it.
Been using that and I rarely had to fill up more than 1 box to get pokemon with 2 or 3 max IVs and superior/outstanding overal. And I'm not using pokecheck because I'm too lazy to get my Wi-Fi working with DS. No sense in doing that without finished competitive team. I've been always using in-game IV judge.
Key is to learn how probability works and how to calculate it. Then you just take some paper and pencil, spend lke 1 or 2 minutes to find the most efficient way to breed pokemon you want.
