which made Jynx so fucking broken in NU last generation was Loveley Kiss, Substitte, Nasty Plot, and Ice Beam.
Froslass makes a good hazard lead which also doubles as a spinblocker/defog check since most things that use Defog take decent damage from Ice Beam/Shadow Ball.
Hail support would be great for mono-ice though it's not all that necessary.
