Basic premise is Guilmon and Growlmon are Dragon/Poison (because Viruses), then Growlmon has a split evolution: It turns into WarGrowlmon (Dragon/Steel) if traded with a Metal Coat, Megidramon (Dragon/Poison) if it hits X level and has at least 3 Poison or Dark moves, and Gallantmon (Dragon/Fighting with Stance Chance - Shield Forme is Dragon/Steel) if it hits X level with maximum friendship. Then Crimson Mode is Gallantmon's Mega Evolution.
