There are plenty of manly figures to embrace in pokemon(if thats what you need) even in this latest gen.
Examples of manly role models(in pokemon) would be Detective Looker or Nanu. Both are pretty bad ass. You also seem to be upset about being "half brown" In which case the fire trial captain is a good option if you really need skin color to connect(which you shouldn't but if it is necessary for you go for it) skip the hair though, his hair doesn't work in real life.
