McDonalds are already pokestops in Canada. Not in muttland yet, but they have Starcucks. And neither should be stops and even less gyms, to hell with sponsored shit.
Carfatting is also unironically meta as far as "legit" playing goes. That's how you farm raids, you can't do that on foot. Not even in Manhattan, unless it's raid hour and you happen to want to farm 5*.
