Despite all the advice I got to use Agatha, I found Cobalion just woke up after 2 turns of sleep every time, from the very start of the battle. Calem's Paralysis worked much better for stealing turns from him, and Cobalion never lost it before syncing or losing an HP bar. Skyla didn't get any MP Refreshes, but I ended up not needing them.
I didn't even have Calem gridded! Immediately maxed him out the best I could. Dude earned it.
