Exiting the flooded basement takes you to the main floor of Lysandre Labs. To put it simply, it's far past your expectations for a dinky lab.
The laboratory is a sprawling technological labyrinth littered with a mass array of inventions, machines, gears, gadgets and doohickeys, each which their own Team Flare-approved purpose and priorities.
"It's rather unfortunate, this Lysandre fellow seems to consider all of his brilliant designs and benefits to society to be complete failures," muses Serena as she paces around, "I'm sure if he had more of a heart, he'd put more love into these machines and see the prosperity each has brought to the region, rather than all the negativity. Too late now."
