This thing has gotta go fast. 60% flinch chance air slash is nothing to scoff at. No one ever expects these things to be scarfed as hard sweepers, and the fairy typing has been very good to Togekiss this gen. I highly recommend it, but there are plenty of other ways to use Togekiss, like with paraflinch.
