The fact of the matter is he's solid. He has the right tools to be effective in a certain role that proves valuable on the competitive scene. He has shortcomings that can be exploited by prepared opponents, like any other Pokemon. He can support his team and be supported to be a worthwhile teammate in competitive play. He's gonna fall from his Top 3 perch, but he'll always have a place in standard play due to his utility and niche. I'm betting either low OU or a strong UU who simply fares well in OU.
