I know we didn't see her in any gen 6 leaks to my knowledge, but I do firmly believe she was planned for that gen with her being a french maid, her signature move, the red & blue on her chest, her connection to Volcanion in the movie, and being a gift for a European royal family
It sucks that she's one of the least popular mythicals, with the only fan art she gets just being with the Aether foundation family, and not even that much as well.
