I don't know if the thread multi "meta" has developed in my absence, but there's no rules really. Generally if you can bring it to Battle Tree, you can bring it in multis. People (rightfully) get annoyed if they bring regular Pokemon and are up against Mewtwo and Mega Rayquaza.

They're done in Festival Plaza like any other battle. Usually we'll do a set of three, so that every participant partners with every other one once, but we don't have to do that. I'll need your FC and in-game name to do it though!

We generally use all kinds of Pokemon except for box legendaries - pic related is some of my teams from the last time I game sync'd if you want a reference point.
