but what made dragonite a pseudo legendary in the context of the first game was that it was simply stronger than all but one pokemon (in bst) but was not a unique one of a kind, but rather something that you could easily have multiple of without trading, there fore a pseudo rather than true legendary
so by that standard, slaking could be the pseudo legendary that we all forget
