All this talk of no postgame in the recent entries and i'm wondering what you guys would do. Me:
Modular Safari Zone/Wild area hybrid: This place has 9-16 tiles that you acquire as you progress its development, each tile is a large portion of land that you can mix/match on a grid like the safari zone in hgss. Catch Pokemon, do raids, unlock more tiles, and complete challenges to see different mons appear in and out of this area. You can also download/visit other players' area.
Legendary Trainers:100 of them. Each has a team of 6 and gives you high quality items and clues on where to find another trainer.
Battle Frontier: Returns w/5 facilities. Battle Pyramid, Battle Factory, Battle Arcade, Battle Tower, and the centerpiece, The Pokemon world tournament(It includes every gym leader/E4 member/rival/MC/notable character from past gens).
Looker missions: Help Looker solve crimes in these post game missions. (Around 15 different cases to take on.)
Endless Cave:
Essentially a roguelike cave where you progress by either climbing up to another area or walking into another room. Each room is randomly generated and filled with items, strong trainers, puzzles, and Pokemon that get progressively harder as you go along. Before entering you get a small pouch limited in size to hold items. You have to consider which items you toss or keep. The goal is to get as far as possible and your results will be updated to a leaderboard. Once you enter, you can't leave unless your party faints or you quit which would cause you to forfeit all of your acquired items. If your party faints, a few of your newly obtained items will be randomly 'lost'.
Postgame Legendary Story:
After completing the main game, the box legendary takes centerstage as a full fledged plot involving it takes place. This would be respectable length and beating it would allow you to catch even more legendaries from past gens.
