Deafened Status
Can be caused by most sound based attacks and a few water attacks. Target becomes hard of hearing. The target has a 30% chance of mishearing an attack. % raises by 20% until it caps at 70.
Waterlogged
Damage dealing water attack. Target's ears become filled with eater. Causes deafened.
I've always been a fan of status effects; although, toxic stalling is getting old.
