>>21117216Generally, Pixiv is THE place (and by extension, Danbooru and Gelbooru if you want an English-speaking site) where you can grab good art.
Sometimes, a little search on Google Images can help, and if you"re ready to sail through numerous pages of shit, you can find a few jewels on DeviantArt.
As for the art thing, since I don't have Gimp or Photoshop, here's what I do with Paint:
- Three open tabs, one with the template (1), one for the pics that go in the template (2) and the other with the full pic (3)
- I select a square in tab 1 and copy/paste it in tab 2, then check its dimensions
- I reduce tab 3 until it seems to be the approximate good size, then generally select what I want in the image (face, face and torso...) and copy/paste it in tab 2
- I adjust tab 2 and crop if necessary to the right dimensions, then copy/paste the pic in tab 1
