It's not like stacking Quick Claw onto it is some novel idea. Picking an item that synchronizes with a Pokémon's ability (which nothing else in the game has) is a pretty logical conclusion for someone to make.
And on top of that, it's not even that great of a Pokémon to begin with? It was RUBL last meta, and it's UU now. Why is the OU council getting up in a tizzy about it when it isn't even in their tier?
Why do I feel like this is a case of a council janny losing to a gimmick strat in a tourney and going on the warpath to cope?
