It's so luxury-looking but it's basically an open one.
For example i live in an old 100+ y/old mini-mansion in europe and dust falling everywhere very often. There is no way im using non-zipper binders ever in my life otherwise if i will forget it - the dust will probably slip through the opened upper part of the binder.
Idk...may be american ikea-like homes are that sterile and they never have any dust ever...may be.
