So here's a pokemon based on cage fighting. I was thinking it could start off looking like a weak, inexperienced fighter and grow into a bulky fighter with cage marks on its skin (could be natural markings instead of from an actual cage) and maybe have forearms resembling hammers. These may be too human though.
Also, maybe the wrench monkey could be part fighting type, although it may be a bit contrived.
