The gym is owned by an inventor who uses ghost and electric types to help him. Originally he was just desperate to find a place for his work, but ended up forming a bind with the building's ghost types and even catching some of them. The gym puzzle has the player fight machines taken over by the ghosts, which the inventor doesn't notice, distracted at his desk. The machines would be "pokemon" like the Pokestar Studios enemies.
Gym leader team would be:
Helioptile
Golett
Rotom
And the player recieves the Idea Badge (it's a rotom in a light bulb, I can't draw)
