-ALL these pokémon are legal. Therefore they're usable in official nintendo competition . It doesn't mean they are legit. A legit pokémon is obtainable ingame or via an event. But even if a legal pokémon may be edited or hacked, it will still be perfectly seen as "possible" by the game all around.
-Each pokémon is thus a copy of a legit pokémon (events/cherish), or has been edited/forged to be as cool as the game allows (shininess, perfect IVs, good nature, DW, smogon-builded, etc.) I also gave good EVs to most fully evolved pokémon.
