>>21387308That looks like Visual Boy Advance, but not the newest version (and on Windows XP from the looks of it)
I don't know how it's set up in that version but on mine it's under options->Video->Render API and then underneath whichever you're using. If you haven't changed it I believe Direct3D/DirectX is default.
Nearest changes it to the nearest neighbor and makes it look more pixelated, while bilinear keeps it as you currently have it. It's weird that they dont keep it under normal filters.
