She has been brought back on a nearly yearly basis as a guest for the Pokemon segment at Jump Festa, there have been multiple trainer NPCs in-game referencing her and she later went to become the official voice of Eevee post-LGPE on all modern Pokemon games which I think it's an honor only Ikue Otani shares.
It probably helps that she is genuinely big into Pokemon and furshit.
