>>41516861My main issue isn't that stuff is being cut, but that it's not replaced with something interesting. The side content like the Game Corner or Contests usually got replaced by something else in the next generation to make up for that. Even in Gen 5 which forces you to use the new generation, they gave you a wide variety of pokemon, eventually letting you go back to your old teams. What's the point of cutting all this shit if there's nothing to make up for it's loss?
