Three stage bird based off of the magpie. Concept is either a general as it's an honorary member of the military, or a thief as magpies are known for stealing. I'm happy with either. Would like to see the sprite doing a salute as it's english tradition to salute the magpie when you see it. Gamefreak isn't this based, though.
