If you can beat all 8 or 7 or whatever Gyms with a mono-Ground team, I think you could take Ganon's spot, if you wanted to. I wouldn't have a problem with it, anyway. Onyx said he didn't want the spot due to crappy internet, and Mike might not want it, either. Since all the other finalists either want no part of this (Mato), or can't (Daniel), I'd say something like letting you or another Champ taking a crack at Ganon's seat is fine.
