>>45362252It was difficult to pick a fitting title for Gyarados due to the lack of a Kanto champion ribbon and none of the other ribbons unlocking anything particularly suitable. I just went with the Coolness Master ribbon from contests because I don't know what else to choose, and no one else uses this one.
