So you can add more feminine or masculine features to a Pokemon and it won't be too strange as long as your not adding new appendages or parts that are not on others, Is where I get a little less okay.
For example this is a female Pikachu with more feminine features in addition to its heart-shaped tail. I could accept a Gardevoir with teeth, eyelashes, completely different hair styles, but when you add breasts it makes me question why do they have them.
