There's a good chance they will make them the new tier 6, potentially giving them the old tier 6 HP value (22,500 HP, 1.5x more than tier 5 raids). Latias is already a difficult trio, let alone near-impossible duo, now it has tons more HP and roughly 60 more attack and defense (that's about a 25% and 20% buff respectively). There's a good chance you're gonna need some extra firepower to get the job done, and if you get together with a bunch of casuals, you might even need a mega bonus (30%) for everyone else just to cross the finish line.
