a patch is inevitable considering people already started using this exploit to launch illegal gameboy ROMs, which Nintendo wont turn a blind eye on
once a patch is live anyone who still insists on using injected mons will either have to buy a second 3DS, beg on giveaway threads or give up on playing online altogether, all of which will severely limit the number of injecting scumbags to a more acceptable number
so yeah, enjoy it while you can, or get ready to drop another 250$ just so you can cheat on children's video game :^)
