oh and before I forget:
If I can burrow a friend's 3ds tomorrow I will redistribute ExtremeSpeed Zigzagoon, and in adition to the Zigs and everything offered today I will distribute Wish Chansey, but for this last one... I got it personally on the official distribution years ago on my Emerald, I checked it and it has very low IVs so if you want I can edit a copy of it to make it playable and then distribute it, but I don't know if you would want that :{
